We offer the possibility of using our repair service. We usually process warranty repairs within 3 working days. Our shipping partners require about 2 working days for the return shipment. If you have any questions about the repair processing, please contact our service department by email or telephone, so that we can coordinate the course of action with you.

If the warranty period has elapsed or if a damage occurs outside of the warranty terms, you are welcome to receive a cost estimate from our workshop. If the repair is not worth it for economic reasons (e.g. in case of motor damage), you will be informed of this as soon as possible. Please understand that we cannot accept parcels being delivered without postage paid or with bulk material surcharges.
